Currently bireM Partners and Associates are working on pre-selling new condo developments in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington State, Texas and bireM is in a partnership to pre-sell developments in North East United States. In four of the past six years, bireM has been awarded the highest Sales and Marketing Award in the United States from that country's National Association of Home Builders. The award "Attached Community of the Year" is among 90 Sales & Marketing Awards the firm has received from this Organization.
